With bonus and increment season coming up, many employees out there are wondering what they’re going to get for all the hard work they’ve done for their companies over the last year.
Well, one woman working for a jewellery company does not have to wonder anymore as her employer gifted her a car for her efforts and contributions!
The Jewellery company, TIANSI, from Johor Bahru, took to their LinkedIn account to showcase the woman and her new Proton X50 that they gifted to her.
They wrote, “Celebrating excellence, TIANSI awards an X50 vehicle. At TIANSI, we believe that excellence should not only be recognised but celebrated. Today, we are thrilled to announce that one of our esteemed team members has become the proud owner of a new X50, in recognition of their relentless efforts and significant contributions to the company.”
“At TIANSI, we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels valued, inspired and recognised. By celebrating moments like this, we not only show our respect for individual achievements but also showcase our corporate culture and values to the world.”
The woman also took to her XiaoHongShu account to share how the jewellery company, who she’s been working for for 10 years, also takes their employees on trips and sends them for courses.
“I am very grateful that I work in a good company. The boss will do what they promise their employees. Working here for 10 years has also allowed me to open my eyes to various opportunities including them paying to send their employees for courses worth 5 figures as well as various trips (the company pays in full and gives us pocket money).”
“Working in this company, I can also buy 2 houses and 2 cars in my own name, and I can bring my family along to living a good life with my own capabilities, which is really fulfilling,” she shared.
