There are many, many reasons why, as a parent, you should be very critical when picking out a babysitter for you child.

Here’s one of the reasons.

As according to Tribun News, a man was arrested in Gorontalo, Indonesia, after he had fed a four-month-old baby beer mixed with an energy drink.

The man, who is the baby’s uncle was having alcoholic drinks with five of his friends at the baby’s mother’s house when the incident took place. The baby is said to have woken up from its nap and started crying when he picked up the baby and rocked it until it fell back asleep.

After putting the baby back down, the uncle then proceeded to fill the baby’s bottle with a mixture of beer and an energy drink before feeding it to the baby.

He apparently fed the concoction to the baby at least twice and said that he did it because he couldn’t take the sound of the baby crying.

The group had loud music playing on the speakers near where the baby was sleeping. While all of this was happening, the baby’s parents were said to have been cooking in the kitchen.

The uncle’s cruel actions were brought to light as one of his friends recorded the incident and posted it on social media.

Police officers have since arrested six people, including the baby’s uncle who admitted that he carried out his cruel acts for fun.

He is now facing up to 10 years in jail.
