A woman in Indonesia recently shared the rather unexpected way her relationship, which she intended to keep a secret, got exposed to her friends and family.
Get this, after only sharing photos privately on social media with her trusted friends, she kena kantoi or was exposed after the eatery she went dating with her boyfriend was shown on national TV in Indonesia!
Indonesian woman’s relationship got exposed by national TV
Going viral on TikTok, the woman, @siapatauutuhĀ shared a video of her Instagram story of her eating at the eatery with her boyfriend intercut with a news segment on TV One, a national broadcasting channel in Indonesia.
As it turns out, the broadcasting channel was doing a feature about Coto Makassar, a delicacy from Makassar, Indonesia which coincidentally was the speciality of the eatery where the couple went dating.
In the news piece, the couple was clearly visible and not only that, the videographer even panned the camera and zoomed a bit closer to the couple throughout the segment.
In the caption, @siapatauutuhĀ wrote,
“Got exposed through TV One ?”

Many commenters were amused by the rather unexpected turn of events
In the comments section, many Indonesians were amused by the plot twist and joked that the cameraman knew what they were doing.
One commenter asked the woman whether she didn’t notice that there was a camera recording the eatery while she was there.
Meanwhile, another commenter said that despite the woman trying to keep the relationship a secret, the whole of Indonesia now knows about the couple.
@siapatauutuh herself commented on the post, saying that the news segment was a sign for the couple to finally go public with their relationship.
