Imprisoned Former PM Najib Razak Admitted To Hospital Kuala Lumpur, In Stable Condition

Former Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak who was recently imprisoned for 12 years following his final appeal of the SRC International case at the Federal Court has today been admitted to Hospital Kuala Lumpur. However, the exact health complication that required him to be transported from Kajang Prison to the hospital was not revealed by his officials.

As reported by Astro Awani, Najib is currently receiving treatment at the hospital and is in stable condition. An unnamed officer for the former Prime Minister said that Najib is also ongoing a thorough and complete medical checkup.

Meanwhile, another of his officers, Muhamad Mukhlis Maghribi confirmed that Najib has been admitted to Hospital Kuala Lumpur and conveyed his gratitude to the hospital as well as the Kajang Prison officers for allowing the former Prime Minister to be admitted into the hospital. As of the time of writing, it is still unclear what medical complication is being faced by Najib.
