Frustrated at fellow residents parking their vehicles in a dangerous manner and partially blocking traffic, residents of a neighbourhood in Pasir Gudang, Johor decided to take action,

First, they informed the matter to the residents’ chat group so that the vehicle owners would take the appropriate action.

When reminders on the chat group didn’t work, they then reported the vehicles to the Pasir Gudang City Council (MBPG) which came to the neighbourhood and issued summons to the vehicles.

However, even after all this, several vehicles still remain parked while partially blocking traffic, This is when residents decided to put yellow tape around these vehicles.

“Neighbours have informed them nicely but they ignored the reminders… When reminders were made in the neighbourhood chat group, they still ignored them…

“It’s not that we’re cruel, but they’re the ones without brains doing these repeatedly… Thanks to MBPG for doing their job.”

In another TikTok post, @hidayah3606 shared an update on the situation, showing how residents put yellow tape around the vehicles that are still parked by the roadside and partially blocking traffic despite all that has transpired.

Furthermore, one of the photos in the post showed an MBPG patrol car stopping beside the vehicles, with a council enforcement officer standing over them, most probably issuing a summon or preparing to tow the vehicles.
