Those living in Semenyih must have had the fright of their lives yesterday evening (March 17) as the popular hiking trail, Broga Hill, went up in flames.

Though, thankfully, firefighters from multiple stations assisted in putting out the massive fire.

The Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat Semenyih Facebook page shared videos and details into the incident, which took place on Sunday, at 7:39pm.

“Members on duty put out the fire using fire extinguishers and also used the fire break method to ensure that the fire could be controlled, and then the fire was extinguished completely.
