It’s no secret that one of our favourite travel destinations is Bangkok, Thailand because there are simply so many things to do there. Other than being famous for their cheap shopping, their food is awesome too! That’s why many of us gain weight after we come back from there. 🙁

Everybody also knows that when one visits Bangkok, going to the 7-Eleven store is an absolute must just for the yummy ready food they have there. If you are a Bangkok-lover, you’ll be delighted to know that their 7-Eleven is set to serve fresh omelettes with rice. Yes, you read that right. Fresh omelettes!

Photos of 7-Eleven employees preparing freshly made omelettes went absolutely viral as soon as people caught wind of them. These images were posted by Thai netizen Kongwarit Aoo Srikot on Facebook.

According to Coconuts, Kongwarit said that the location of the 7-Eleven is around the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration General Hospital in the Old Town.

He says that the omelette costs THB29 (RM3.66) each and an additional THB6 (RM0.75) for toppings such as sausage and ham if you’re feeling particularly ravenous.

Kongwarit also commented that the eggs were slightly runnier than the ones they usually eat elsewhere but it’s still delicious!

Some netizens pitied the poor 7-Eleven employees as another new task was added to their already long list of duties. After all, they have got to cook the sausages, heat up our ready meals, prepare dim sum and ring up items. This isn’t even the complete list!

So far, there seems to be only one branch in Bangkok that serves the tasty egg dish, but if it appears to be a hit (which looks like it will be!), you can expect that they will expand to offer the omelette in other locations as well.

Looks like the perfect supper when late night cravings hit! 7-Eleven Malaysia, can we please have it here too??!
