17yo Student Found Dead After Allegedly Falling from Cyberjaya Condominium

While Malaysians are still reeling from the tragic death of a Standard 4 student who was found unconscious in a school toilet in Seremban, another case has surfaced involving a university student.

A 17-year-old university student died yesterday evening (2 October) after reportedly falling from a condominium in Cyberjaya.

“The victim had already died when he was found”

According to Malaysia Gazette, Sepang District Police Chief ACP Norhizam Bahaman confirmed receiving a report at 3:18 PM about an unconscious man on the eighth floor of the building.

He said initial checks showed the victim had already died when he was found, and paramedics later confirmed the teenager’s death.

The body has since been sent to Cyberjaya Hospital for a post-mortem.

Police confirm no foul play detected so far

Norhizam said the victim was a student at a local university and that no signs of foul play have been found so far, though investigations are still ongoing.

He urged the public not to speculate out of respect for the victim’s family, adding that the case has been classified as sudden death.
