A woman’s sharing on TikTok about an RM8 Nasi Ayam or Chicken Rice she bought from a roadside stall caught the attention of Malaysians recently as the Nasi Ayam didn’t include any chicken.

Dubbing the seller as a ‘seller from hell’, the video has garnered over 687,100 views as of the time of writing, though most of the comments called the woman out instead for not going back to the stall to ask the seller whether they forgot to put in the chicken.

Asserting that she was hungry while recording the video, the woman revealed that the Nasi Ayam didn’t include any chicken.

The woman asserted,

“Where’s the chicken? Are they just selling the rice, gravy, vegetables and soup? RM8?

“Where’s the chicken? Am I just supposed to eat the rice with the chicken soup? Sellers these days are something else.”

Meanwhile, on the overlaid text of the video, she wrote, “Seller from hell”.

Besides that, in the caption, the woman said that she would’ve gone back to the stall if it was near and asked for a refund. She added that the meal doesn’t taste anything like Nasi Ayam, with the soup tasting salty ‘like seawater’ and the rice not being properly cooked.

She then urged vendors out there to do business honestly.

Malaysians gave their 2 cents on the whole situation

In the comments, Malaysians said that it was not fair for the woman to prematurely judge the seller as they might’ve forgotten to put in the chicken.

One commenter said that the solution is simple, which is to go back to the stall and ask whether the Nasi Ayam truly didn’t include chicken or if the seller just forgot.

The woman then replied that she had already reached her residential area when she opened the packed Nasi Ayam.

Meanwhile, another commenter sarcastically asked if the woman was playing with her phone while purchasing the Nasi Ayam to not notice that there was no chicken.
