A murderer’s motive can be scary at times. A man in  Indonesia was recently arrested for murdering his friend and guess what was his justification for the killing?

The victim refused to answer his riddle – chicken or egg first.

The man stabbed his friend to death after the latter refused to answer his question. The murder took place inside a house at Desa Labasa, Kecamatan Tongkuno Selatan, Muna, Indonesia where the victim visited the killer to pay his debts.

The killer then invited the victim for a drink, to which a series of riddles began, according to the Indonesian portal Kompas.

According to the witnesses in the house, the pair was debating about the question – Which one comes first, chicken or egg? The victim then refused to squeeze his brain juice for the riddle and wanted to go home.

The killer then rushed back to his house which was near the crime scene to take a knife and viciously stabbed the victim 15 times.

According to the police, La Ode Arsangka, he said the killer has been sent to the police station after a series of interrogations with the witnesses in the house.

Anyone has the right to withdraw from a game, and no one has the right to take away a life just because we’re unhappy with how things go on.
