Cancer is a very depressing illness as it slowly robs someone of their life.
Recently, a woman in Thailand went to a barber to get her head shaved and she unexpectedly went viral due to a short TikTok clip.

On 3 March, a woman walked into The Tripple Barber located in Chonburi, Thailand and asked to get her head shaved.
The barber was a little shocked and asked why she had to do such a drastic move and whether it was because of a heartbreak.
She explained that she has cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy so it would be better to have all of her hair gone.
At that time, the barber has set up his phone to capture some clips for IG advertisements and he obliged her request.
After he finished shaving her head, he turned the clippers and shaved his own head to show that he supports her.
The woman was surprised and tears started welling up in her eyes. He told her,
“You’ve got a friend in me, I want to show support for you. You have to believe that the disease will not bring you down and having someone around you (for support) is important.”
Another hairdresser in the shop did the same thing and posted it on her TikTok as well.

She says: “Hair is a part of every woman’s life. In many ways, it is the form of our confidence. Hair loss linked to chemo is a very sensitive thing but we would like to say that you are beautiful with or without hair. You are no different from the others and you are still the same beautiful person. I shave your head and mine, we’re friends!”
This is certainly very wholesome content. We hope that the woman will be able to complete her chemo sessions and come out completely healed!
