If you’ve ever received a deformed package from Pos Laju that didn’t look like it was treated with care, you might relate to the frustration of watching this video.

果然是poslaju 果然很laju

Recently, a netizen posted a video of what seems to be a Pos Laju man carelessly chucking a package into a house in a residential area in the Facebook group, KL Blowing Station. The post has since garnered viral status, amassing over 2,400 shares with netizens in the comment section torn between blaming the house owners and the delivery man.

Some were shocked at the seemingly careless treatment of the package, advising the netizen to report the case to the company.

However, others were quick to defend the Pos Laju delivery man, citing that the company would only ever do such a thing if ordered to by customers.

A couple of netizens who saw the confusion online decided to clarify the situation. According to their explanations, Pos Laju deliverymen always call the recipient of the package if nobody is home to receive it. They will then ask the customer if the package can be tossed in their house. But if it’s a valuable item that could break, they’ll bring it back to the post office so you can collect the item yourself.

While this appeared to be a minor misunderstanding, one netizen brought up how disappointing it was to see everyone bash the Pos Laju man in the comments.

“If he called you, and you told him to throw it in your house but you still put up this video. You are harming someone. It’s unpleasant to see. Because as far as I know, the service of Pos Laju is a hundred times better than the others.”

Everything isn’t always what it seems. What do you guys think of this?
