There are many ways to make our mothers happy and fill their day with unforgettable, priceless memories. Most of the time, they don’t ask much despite their tireless efforts in raising us up.
Just recently, a Malaysian man shared his experience of surprising his mother at her workplace on her birthday. A birthday cake and a couple of good friends were all he needed to make the surprise a success. Madi documented the process via his TikTok post, @madikemadi.
His mother, who works at the fast food chain, KFC was serving a customer who needed help with the self-order kiosk, who turned out to be 1 of Madi’s friends who played along with his surprise plan. Madi’s presence and the birthday cake immediately put a smile on his mother’s face, and no words could describe her happiness.
Madi cut a slice for her mother before his friends gathered around and sat at a table where everyone shared the birthday cake.
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Madi said that his mother works at the outlet in Bandar Seri Putra, Bangi.
“She has been working there for about 9 years now,” Madi told WORLD OF BUZZ.
Madi’s TikTok clip went viral and many netizens were touched by his little but heartwarming gesture and praised him for being a good son.
“This touched me. His mother is still working hard, and thankfully, she has a son who appreciates her.”
