Taking to Twitter, this netizen shared a video made by medical practitioner Dr Mani on what he calls “Stupid Myths”.
Armed with a blackboard and a marker, he sought to quash diets and what it associates, clearing the air on the truth.

“When it comes to milk – we should opt for healthier meals instead to build stronger bones.”
As for Malaysia’s favourite chocolate malt beverage, he mentiones that it is nothing more than sugar.
Along with other examples of myths, netizens were divided with many agreeing some facts shared by the doctor.
“For the chocolate malt drink part is true. It is expensive and leads to medical problems.”
As with any medical advice, we urge members of the public to get second advice from other medical practitioners as well.
