WATCH: Kind M’sian Lorry Driver Helps to Pick Up, Return & Put On Motorcyclist’s Prosthetic Leg

They say that not all heroes wear capes and that cannot be more true. Small random acts of kindness can go a long way to make someone’s day or ease a bit of their burden.

Take this lorry driver in Penang for example.

In an incident that took place near Econsave Raja Uda in Butterworth, Penang, a lorry driver got off his vehicle to pick up, return and help to put on a motorcyclist’s prosthetic leg.

The man’s small act of kindness was caught on the dashcam of a nearby vehicle and was shared on the Facebook page, Inforoadblock. The video has more than 4,000 views as of time of writing.

In the video, the lorry driver dressed in a red T-shirt could be seen getting down from his seat and walking across a road to pick up the prosthetic leg before approaching the motorcyclist with it.

He casually helped the man put his leg back on before walking back to his lorry.

It was an act that barely costed the man anything, but saved the motorcyclist the trouble of having to get off his motorcycle then hobble over to pick up his prosthetic limb.

Consequently, the man in red has earned the praise of netizens.

They commended the man for his selflessness and unexpected kindness.

Thank you to the kind-hearted abang lorry. I’m just worried that the vehicles at the back might not be able to brake in time,” said a user.
