Make them pay

Meanwhile, the incident has been widely criticised by Malaysians who called on the authorities to punish the reckless students.

“Please reprimand these kids. I do not pay taxes every month for it to be used like this. Punish the parents and get them to pay all of the items back.”

Another user tagged the Ministry of Education’s Twitter account and called on them to punish the kids by making them pay back for all of the damages. “Don’t let them get away.”

It even managed to capture the attention of the Chairman SMK Tasek who expressed his disappointment over the matter.

statement

“The Alumni of SMK Tasek expresses its disappointment in the actions of a few irresponsible students who damaged school property,” he explained.

“This action should not be done because it is detrimental and causes an inconvenience to all parties. Therefore, the Alumni hopes that disciplinary action is taken against the students involved so that such actions will not happen in the future.”

“In connection with that, SMK Tasek Alumni hopes that SMK Tasek students can together take care of the school’s property so that it is in good condition and will be safe to use. If we have a sense of responsibility and love our school, the existing facilities can be used for longer that future generations can also use,” he added.

We hope that the boys get severely punished for their recklessness.
