Want A Premium Phone Without Selling A Kidney? Here’s One With A 108MP Wide-Angle Camera & More!

A new smartphone has entered the market for those who are aspiring photographers and those who just love taking photos casually. It’s equipped with an eye-popping camera that arguably rivals even professional DSLR cameras today. The best part is, it’s priced competitively enough that it won’t burn a hole in your wallet.

The phone we are talking about is the all-new Xiaomi Mi 11!

At a reasonable price, this device comes with everything one needs for taking exceptional photos and videos, and more! Let’s have a look at what the Mi 11 has to offer to all you selfie kings and queens out there:

1. Capture highly detailed photos with a 108MP main camera

With that megapixel count, you can rest assured that there won’t be blurry snaps in your gallery anymore! The Mi 11 boasts not only an astounding 108-megapixel main camera but also a 13-megapixel wide-angle lens that will capture photos at a super-wide 123-degree angle. There’s also a third 5MP telemacro camera lens on the back that lets you take pictures from as close as 3cm away with stunning detail.

Let’s not forget about the front camera for all your selfie needs! The front camera puts out 20 megapixels to ensure a great, detailed self-portrait at every snap. Having all this on your smartphone is surely going to send you on a picture-taking spree!

2. Six film editing effects that make creative video shooting a breeze

Complementing the studio-grade cameras on the Mi 11 is the cutting cinematic software that offers a variety of incredibly creative yet user-friendly videography features.

The One-Click AI Cinema allows you to easily turn your videos into cinematic masterpieces with six types of editing effects:

• Time freeze – Stops playback in a portion of the footage while the other portion still moves
• Dramatic zoom – A zoom effect normally seen in dramas to emphasise the subject’s emotion
• Slow shutter – Leaves a trail of light with movement
• Night time-lapse – A time-lapse effect that auto-adjusts from bright to dark
• Freeze frame video – Freezes multiple frames during recording

There are also eight cinematic filters to choose from to give your videos the right tone and colour, which is perfect for filming or vlogging on the go!

3. Shoot bright videos and photos, even at night

Now you don’t have to worry if it’s too dark to take photos or videos. The Mi 11 enhances light and reduces exposure whether in 108MP, wide, or selfie mode for all your night photography needs.

The Mi 11 also thrives in night-time shooting with Ultra Night Video. Using RAW-level AI real-time noise reduction and brightness enhancement, it improves lighting under low light conditions and offers brighter night videography. Wow!!!

4. Ground-breaking display for sheer viewing pleasure

How amazing is that screen!

Featuring a premium 120Hz 6.81-inch AMOLED DotDisplay, the Mi 11 offers one of the best smartphone screens in the market. The phone has earned “best smartphone display” by DisplayMate, one of the most reliable display evaluation agencies in the world.

The rich and vivid colours of the display accurately depict the real world, as though you’re looking at it with your own eyes. At the same time, the WQHD+ ultra-high resolution (3200 x 1440) provides almost 1.8 times more pixel-counts than FHD+ screens, displaying more detail and allowing you to experience 1440p high-resolution content.

5. A chipset that delivers ultra-smooth performance

The Mi 11 made its debut with some groundbreaking improvements over its predecessor, the Xiaomi Mi 10, including its latest flagship Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 chipset that completely enhances user experience with smooth performance and faster graphics. Never encounter lag again while scrolling through your phone and enjoy playing mobile games seamlessly as the phone’s processor blazes through any and all tasks you throw at it.

The phone also comes equipped with cinematic audio by Harman Kardon, which we all know is one of the leading manufacturers in sound technology. With dual speakers located on the top and bottom of the device, the spectacularly crisp audio will fully immerse you in your movie or while you’re listening to your favourite playlist.

6. 5G-ready and a battery that lasts all-day

A powerful 4,600 mAh battery will keep the phone powered up all day long too and it comes with a 55W wired turbocharging capability that can charge the device fully in just 45 minutes.

What’s more amazing is that the phone can be turbocharged wirelessly at 50W and takes only 53 minutes to be fully charged. Reverse charging is also available in case you need to charge another device using your phone!

If you’re wondering about connectivity, don’t worry because the phone is 5G-ready and will not be left behind once the network has been rolled out here in Malaysia. There’s also Bluetooth 5.2 with dual headphone and speaker support that will ensure your peripherals stay connected without any interruptions.
