The corn vendor, Abdul, 64, was charged under Section 505(b) of the Penal Code and an optional charge under Section 268.

He pleaded guilty to one of the charges. On the other hand, Abdul’s wife, 52, was charged under Section 6(1)(c) of the Immigration Act 1959/63 for not having valid travel documents.
