In the wake of the recent flood that has left a considerable impact on many Malaysians. But it’s nice to see Malaysians going out their way to make the best of a bad situation.

The footage, shot in Terengganu, shows her and her friend taking on the unexpected role of a news reporter. Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, she shared that the impromptu news report was a random idea spurred by the initial intention to inform her friends about the flooded conditions in her neighborhood.

Adding a touch of humor to the situation, she revealed that her friend, acting as the news reporter, uses a slipper as a microphone as she starts reporting the news.

She also clarified that their intentions were not meant to make light of the situation. Instead, their involvement with the floodwaters was purely out of necessity. She explained:

“We didn’t have a choice but to brace through the floodwater. We had to move our car to a safer spot either way.”
