During the Economic Stimulus Package announcement, the PM has said,
“Nobody will be left behind.”
This is referring to the monetary help that the government will be giving selected groups of people in light of the MCO. After that announcement, many were left wondering how they were going to get the money and through which channel.
Fret’ not as the Finance Ministry has put out a handy guide on how the money will be distributed.
Guide to the money distribution
First things first, the money will be given in two different phases, which is the end of April and the end of May. The following table will give you a clearer view.

Beware of scammers
Other than that, the Ministry would also like to warn our fellow Malaysians that there are scammers out there who are getting bolder and bolder. They have advised us to not give out any personal information to third-parties who are saying that they can “help” us get the monetary help from the government.
We hope this clears up some doubts that you have!
