There’s an Actual Coriander Hotpot in Malaysia and It’s Right Here in Cheras!

Coriander has always been a big topic among Malaysians, mainly because it divides people into 2 categories: Either you love it, or hate it with a passion.

However, here is something NEW! What would your first reaction be when you hear the words “coriander” and “hotpot” in one sentence?

Situated in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Pistachio 冷锅串串店 offer diners the experience of eating a mountain of fresh coriander leaves topped on a specially concocted broth.

If you are tired of the usual Mala option, why not go green with some coriander eh?

Taking to social media, here is what the restaurant has to say about their new dish and at the same time thanking their new patrons for their continued support.

“Our cilantro soup is on fire! Thank you for all your support.”

Of course, netizens are again split on the announcement of their cilantro hotpot with many tagging their friend in amusement, while others continue to share how much they hate the taste of cilantro.

If you are considering to have more coriander in your life, remember that it has many health benefits – such as reducing high blood pressure, cholesterol, and is good for people with BO.
