The Best Airline Cabin Crew awards celebrate cabin staff for their top-notch performance. This covers both hard service skills like techniques, efficiency, and attention to detail, as well as soft service traits like enthusiasm, attitude, friendliness, and hospitality.

According to CNN, Skytrax mentioned that the votes from over 21 million customers across 100 countries were so close this year that they had to recount them.

These surveys covered feedback on 350 airlines and marked the closest competition since the awards started in 1999
