If you think bullying makes you look cool and gives you power, juvenile school or prison may change your mind. In those places, you’re equivalent to the inmates who cause traumas and nightmares in others’ lives.

Just last night (May 11), a Malaysian, Maisarah shared a few videos of her younger brother being bullied by a bunch of students at a school in KL. Her brother was surrounded by a group of students, and one of them rushed toward him and repeatedly punched him in the face.

Her brother collapsed and despite so, he was continuously punched and kicked at. Another student also repeatedly beat him with his shoe. The poor soul was treated inhumanely by the bunch of students because “he did not respect them”.

“You don’t respect us! You don’t know where you stand!” the bully told the victim while punching him repeatedly.

Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Maisarah said the incident took place on Monday (8 May) but the video started circulating yesterday among the students (11 May). She has also lodged a police report regarding the matter, where 2 of the bullies’ parents apologised to her.

“They didn’t know anything about it. They said their sons behave well at home, and was surprised to learn about the incident.”

Maisarah highlighted that the parents sincerely apologised to her and said, “They really apologised to me, deep from the bottom of their hearts”. As of now, not all parents or guardians of the bullies have reached out to her for an apology.

Maisarah also told WORLD OF BUZZ that her brother was afraid of taking action.

“They’re the gangsters at school and they said they have lots of ‘cables’ (connections). They think they’re above the law,” her bother said.

She added that she shared the videos online in hopes to spread awareness to parents and remind them to watch their kids. In the meantime, Maisarah has brought her brother to the hospital for a check-up to detect possible internal injuries and said that all suspects have been apprehended by PDRM.

“We’ll take disciplinary action”

In a statement released by the school, it was revealed that the headmaster has visited the police station with the victim himself to provide information and offer emotional support.

“The police will handle this case but we’ll proceed with the disciplinary action. We do not compromise and tolerate with such a matter.”

As a student, juvenile school is not a place you want to be spending your time, and it definitely does not make you look cool by being a bully. We truly hope Maisarah’s brother will recover soon and the bullies will be punished accordingly.
