As part of its ongoing efforts to manage the stray dog population, the Seremban City Council (MBS) is offering Malaysians RM50 to voluntarily hand over stray dogs.

The 2026 Stray Dog Voluntary Handover Incentive Programme also aims to improve cleanliness, safety, and community well-being through a more systematic approach to managing stray animals.
