It’s never easy to be apart from someone who you have spent most of the time with. For entrepreneur Nur Sajat, things took an emotional toll on her when she could not see her adopted children in Singapore recently.

In a couple of Instagram videos posted recently, Sajat teared up after learning that she could not see and spend time with her adopted children and family, who had been waiting at the airport for hours. Sajat has not seen her adopted family ever since she fled Malaysia to avoid the authorities and found shelter in Australia.

In the caption of her post, she apologises to her adopted family.

“I’m sorry, my children. Mommy has to go back. It’s not the time for us to meet yet.”

In the 2nd video, Sajat’s adopted children are seen crying when they found out that they could not meet their adopted mother who was sent back to Australia. Sajat apologised to her children for not being able to see them as she promised and that she’s done everything in her means, but to no avail.

Her reasons for being denied entry were not specified, but some people have speculated that she could not enter Singapore due to her incomplete Visa, or the lack of necessary documents prior to seeing her children at the airport. At the end of her video post, Sajat assured her adopted children that she loves them regardless of what has happened.

As of now, Sajat has yet to reveal more updates about her heartbreaking experience but we do hope that she will reunite with her adopted family soon as the distance is not making things any better between them.
