In these few years, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah has shown us the multiple sides of Her Majesty’s personality; We know that Her Majesty is a warm person with a very soft heart.

Recently, the 263rd Meeting of the Conference of Rulers took place at Istana Negara which concerns the election of the 17th Yang di-Pertuan Agong.

The current queen, Tunku Azizah Aminah Maimunah Iskandariah was also there and waiting anxiously outside the room when the meeting was happening. This moment was recorded in the form of a video and posted on Twitter by BERNAMA.

As soon as the doors were open, Her Majesty rushed towards her older brother, the Sultan of Johor and was shedding tears when His Majesty held her for a hug. It seemed as though the Johor Sultan was holding back tears as well.

Her Majesty was full of emotions that day and she went in for a second hug while sobbing on His Majesty’s chest.

Tunku Azizah was then comforted by His Majesty, the current YDPA, Sultan Abdullah (Pahang).

After the clip cut, we can see that Tunku Azizah and Sultan Ibrahim Almarhum Sultan Iskandar were hand-in-hand when they went to the portrait of their father, Sultan Iskandar Sultan Ismail, and took a picture there.
