Babies are undeniably adorable but they’re also fragile as they get scared and cry easily. So it explains why adults should handle them with care. Datuk Seri Vida, who is also a huge fan of babies, recently found herself under fire again after a video of her with a baby went viral.

In a video post on her Instagram account, (September 17), DSV is seen carrying a baby at a mall in KL, and she suddenly screamed out of excitement. But the scream was too near to the baby’s ear which prompted the innocent soul to cry out in shock

The baby’s crying also shocked DSV and she immediately returned the baby to the parents, who were standing right beside her.

DSV then carried another baby who was at the scene and fortunately, she “remained calm.” In her post, she noted that she has the tendency to say hi and play with the babies outside when she meets with parents who bring their infants along.

“Sometimes, I’m just too excited whenever I see babies and I feel like biting them. Poor babies who were afraid of my scream.”

“Did you want the baby to go deaf?”

However, netizens did not find the situation funny and made it clear by commenting on the post to express their annoyance with what they had to see. Most of them blamed DSV for scaring the innocent baby with her loud and sudden scream, despite being unintentional.

“Why would you shout at the baby,” commented a user.

Another said that regardless of age, babies or children will still cry out of shock after the scream.

“Poor baby.”

In the meantime, more criticisms came in for the controversial entrepreneur.

“I’m not being rude, but you shouldn’t have screamed at the baby.”

One user said, “You screamed at the ear of the baby, that’s why the baby was crying.”

“That’s crazy. Poor baby.”

We know babies are cute and sometimes, it’s hard to control our excitement but it’s never a good reason to shock a baby. Do you think that DSV went a little too far with her excitement?
