PM Ismail Sabri Self-Quarantines After Being Identified As Close Contact To Covid-19 Patient
Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob just recently issued a statement to inform the public that he will be starting his self-quarantine after being identified as a close contact to a Covid-19 patient.
In relation to that, the Prime Minister is unable to attend the swearing-in ceremony of his Cabinet this afternoon, reported Astro Awani. It is set to take place at 2.30pm in Istana Negara.
It is also said that the Prime Minister will be attending the National Day celebration this year at Dataran Pahlawan Negara, Putrajaya virtually.
PM Ismail Sabri will be taking to live television today (30 August) for a National Day announcement.
