The Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) has revealed that it is currently tracking down a child suspected of vandalising several cars with spray paint at Bayan Lepas, Penang on Friday (6 January 2022). This is after the police received five reports from car owners who parked their vehicles at Jalan Tingkat Kenari 5 in Balik Pulau.

As reported by Bernama, Barat Daya police chief Supt Kamarul Rizal said that the owners lodged reports after their vehicles were spray-painted with obscene words by a suspected child vandal. The images of the vandalised cars have since made their rounds on social media, with one of them being a silver Perodua Myvi with the words ‘Babi’ spray painted on it by the suspected vandal.
