Okay, fried chicken is one of the best foods in the world and if you disagree, fight me but we all know that part of what makes it so yummy is that crispy skin. Now, Shihlin Taiwan Street Snacks is pretty well-known in Malaysia and most of us are familiar with their XXL Crispy Chicken.

They have recently added a new item on their menu, and we can’t wait to try it out! This item is known as Crispy Chicken Cracklings and they are basically deep-fried crispy chicken skin, so excuse us while we try not to lose our minds. This yummy new snack item was launched on 20th August and will be available at all outlets in Malaysia.

Shihlin also claims that their chicken skin is low in carbs, keto-friendly and high in collagen, which sounds really healthy. Based on a promotional video on their Facebook page, you can choose from two different flavours in-store, which consist of Tom Yum and Sour Cream. You can purchase this in a set that comes with a Lemon Ai-Yu Jelly with Honey priced at RM11.80 or ala carte at RM8.80.

You can check out their locations here.

It looks really addictive and delicious! BRB, we’re going to grab some later!
