A super wholesome video has caught the attention of Malaysians online recently, showing 2 ‘Gajah Denak’ elephants getting some pampering at the Muse Ecopark in Gua Musang, Kelantan.

A one-stop centre for nature recreational activities, the 2 Gajah Denaks were brought to Muse Ecopark by the Department of Wildlife and National Parks Peninsular Malaysia (Perhilitan) to get some well-served rest and pampering in front of visitors of the park.

In case you’re not familiar, Gajah Denak literally means tamer elephants, which are elephants rescued from the wild and trained to help Perhilitan with ‘taming’ wild elephants to persuade them to relocate.

In the background, another Gajah Denak can be seen relaxing inside a Perhilitan truck which was used to carry the two elephants to the park, as seen in a previous video by Nik Aidil Marina.

Of course, you shouldn’t try doing this yourself as despite her rather casual demeanour, Nik Aidil Marina has tonnes of experience with handling elephants, as can be seen on her TikTok page.

In fact, she’s actually the Jeli Persatuan Suri dan Anggota Wanita Perkhidmatan Awam Malaysia (PUSPANITA) Chairperson.

In the comments, many Malaysians can’t get enough of the wholesome interaction between Nik Aidil Marina and the two Gajah Denaks, with many falling in love with the cute expressions of Sanum getting a well-deserved pampering.

Several commenters said that they wanted to bring the cute elephants home and would’ve adopted elephants as pets if it was allowed.

One commenter joked that it’s lucky that you can’t adopt an elephant as a pet as if they could, her parents would’ve been confused as to which one is their daughter and which one is the elephant.

Besides that, several Malaysians spotted how Sanum doesn’t have its tail and were saddened by it.

Nik Aidil Marina then replied to a commenter asking about this and revealed that when Sanum was an infant, its tail was bitten by a tiger but thankfully, it was saved by Perhilitan and its wounds were successfully treated.
