When you sell things online and send them out to the customers, it is inevitable sometimes that you might get things mixed up.

A man by the name of Low has accidentally gotten 2 parcels mixed up and sent them out.

Deliver Parcel

In a Facebook post, he tells his journey of how he managed to retrieve it with a lot of hard work.

“A few days ago, I accidentally sent RM580 of goods to a customer who bought only RM20 worth of goods from me.”

Since there is such a big loss, Low called up the customer and asked him to send it back to him.

The customer agreed and promised to do so but in the evening, Low found out that the customer had blocked him!

As he really needed to get the stock back, he drove all the way down from PJ to Batu Pahat in 3.5 hours.

He reached there quite late, so he went to grab some food and slept in his car before going to confront the man.

The reason for doing so is that Low did not want to scare the customer’s wife and kids by knocking on their door in the middle of the night.

At 7am, he went up to the door and asked for his stock back.

The customer was too ashamed to face the seller so he sent his elderly mother to return the parcel.

Some netizens asked him why he did not make a police report, but Low said that he will give the customer a chance.

Other netizens agreed that we should not be greedy and take what is not ours.

Drive Down 4 Hours Comments

“Really not everyone is kind, don’t be greedy for what is not yours.”

Thankfully, this was solved without much problem. Remember, if a seller mistakenly sends you something else, check with them first!
