A recent post has left many netizens in stitches after a Malaysian mum shared her 6-year-old’s hilarious antics, which even had her apologising to Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim.
Taking to Threads, Fatyn (@fatyn_zamry) recalled the amusing moment her child somehow managed to send a private message to Anwar with a rather special request.

An ambitious request to the Prime Minister
In a screenshot she shared, her six-year-old could be seen asking Anwar to make the school holidays last forever.
“Assalamualaikum. I’m so, so sorry, PMX. My child was playing with my phone. Now that they’ve learned how to read and write, they’ve started getting a little too clever. They’re only in kindergarten.”
Speaking to WORLD OF BUZZ, Fatyn explained that her son’s newfound enthusiasm for reading and writing was what triggered the unexpected message.
She shared,
“Please don’t judge my child just because he has a phone or assume that I let him use one freely. He’s still very young, and the phone actually belongs to his older brother. Right now, he’s just excited that he’s learned to read and write. As for how he ended up sending a private message to the Prime Minister, I’m not sure myself.
“He’s actually very diligent about going to school. It’s just that every morning before his shower, he puts on all sorts of drama. Once he’s had his bath, he’s all refreshed. I guess he just doesn’t like waking up early to shower, which is probably why he asked the Prime Minister to make the school holidays last forever.”
