For centuries, lanterns lit up Mid-Autumn evenings, guiding loved ones home, carrying whispered wishes into the night and transforming gardens into places of warmth, reunion and quiet wonder. More than decorative ornaments, they have long represented hope, prosperity, and togetherness, shining a gentle light that brings generations together beneath the autumn moon.
Drawing inspiration from this cherished tradition, Sunway Resort Hotel reimagines the lantern as both a keepsake and an experience. At the heart of this year’s collection is a beautifully crafted premium gift box inspired by the elegant silhouette of a traditional Chinese lantern. Finished in a serene jade hue with intricate lattice cut-outs that allow a gentle glow to shine through, the design pays homage to the artistry of classic lantern craftsmanship while embracing a refined contemporary aesthetic.
