We hear of accidents happening in the nation almost every single day.

The most recent one that we got to know of certainly gave us a bit of a WTF moment as the victim of an accident drove their wrecked vehicle straight to the emergency unit of a hospital. What incredible willpower!

According to Sinar Harian, a lorry driver along with his co-driver got into an accident with a paddy machine in Jitra, Kedah on 7 February.

The Kedah Health Director, Dr Othman Warijo has verified this incident and said that they did not receive any emergency calls related to this case.

“The patient is believed to have driven the lorry straight to the ER unit of the hospital where the emergency personnel immediately went to extract the victims from the wrecked vehicle.”

The doctor continued and said that the co-driver was sent directly to the Red Zone to get his injuries treated while the driver who sustained lighter injuries was given treatment as an outpatient.

“The co-driver had abdominal injuries and was later sent to Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah for further treatment,” he added.

A clip of this incident has since gone viral on TikTok with almost 200,000 views.

We hope that the victims will be able to recover from this incident.
