Taking to TikTok, this netizen shared a video of two Korean aunties having the time of their lives dancing to Nasyid music at an event in KL.
Probably not understanding what was sung, they simply danced away gleefully, as witnessed in this 30-second video.
Taking to the comments section, netizens likened the music to Trot, a Korean musical genre typically enjoyed by Korean Ahjummas.
“The rythm is similar to ‘Trot’, something that is popular in Korea. It is similar to our dangdut.“
One user commented, “When they get back to Korea, it is most probable that they will tell their friends back home that ‘Trot’ music in Malaysia is the bomb!”
