Malaysian celebrity chef, Khairul Aming is not only known for his generosity and kindness but also for how far he has come before achieving the fame and success that he has right now.

In response to a netizen’s question about how much he spent to bring his staff for a vacation, the amount may be more than what you have in your mind.

The cost can go over RM1 million!

In a recent TikTok live, the generous employer shared the breakdown of the costs.

There are 2 expenses involved in taking his employees on vacation. The 1st cost includes expenses related to the vacation itself, such as accommodation, meals, and pocket money given to each staff member, which can amount to around RM200,000 to RM300,000.

The other cost that KA has to bear is the production loss, as his factory will be closed and not operating for several days while the staff are on vacation.

Guess what? The production loss can go up to RM750,000!

Despite the massive amount of money involved, Khairul has never regretted spending a dime in bringing his employees for a retreat. To him, it was merely a token of appreciation that they deserved.

“Although these figures may seem large, they represent an investment I have committed every year to show appreciation to my employees.”

It’s rare to find a boss who is willing to spend generously for the welfare and “healing” of the staff members. As an employer yourself, what was the best thing you have done in showing appreciation to your employees?
