Celebrating 100 of his staff!

In the post, he shared how he closed both of his factories to celebrate with his staff. He brought all 100 of them to shop for Raya clothes and kitchen essentials in preparation for Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

The caption of his post reads,

“Yesterday, we closed both Nyet factories to celebrate with our 100 staff. We took everyone shopping for Raya clothes, bought kitchen items for Raya preparations with the family, gave Raya money bonuses, and also broke fast at the hotel. After Raya, we’ll go on vacation.”

Upcoming Raya celebration

In the video, Khairul Aming mentioned how he always takes his staff to buy Raya clothes every year. He allows them to choose their preferred colours, including headscarves for his female staff.

After shopping for Raya clothes, he took them to the mall to purchase kitchen essentials for themselves and their families, preparing for the upcoming Raya celebration.

“I enjoy watching them shop. Their carts are filled with items like cooking oil, soy sauce, rice, and some even bought chicken to make rendang, among other things.”

The entrepreneur continued to share how the long-awaited duit raya distribution session brought smiles to all the staff’s faces.

“I decided to share my success with all my staff by giving them duit raya, hoping it would help them in their Raya preparations with their families.”
