Social media celebrity and ‘Sambal Nyet’ owner @khairulaming recently took to his social media to express his dissatisfaction at a delivery company for NOT taking good care of his customer’s Sambal Nyet order.

Taking to his personal Twitter account, which has 1.3m followers, he explained that he has, for a fact, sealed his package as safely as possible to ensure that the jar that was being delivered, did not break during delivery.

Unfortunately for him, this attention to care was not done by the delivery company.

“I am stressed out with them. I have done all I can to ensure that the package will arrive to my customers in one piece. One by one my parcels faced the same fate,” he wrote.

“When I used another courier, everything was okay. Even if there is an issue, they will take responsibility. My guess is, I have to wrap my parcels in Toto in the future.”

The post, which included photo uploads of the damaged goods, has made its way to his 1.3m followers, garnering 4,054 retweets and 11,100 likes.

When netizens asked why he did not just use the service of the other courier service, Khairul said that deliveries made were auto-assigned and that he has no power to control which company will end up handling his customers’ parcels.

Let’s hope that the company responsible will be a little more careful when handling fragile items, not just for this influencer, but everybody else’s as well.
