Kepci (KFC) has been in our country ever since they opened up a store in 1973 at Jalan Tunku Abdul Rahman. Throughout the years, they have worked tirelessly to make sure they give us the best fried chicken that would suit our tastes (Even coming up with my personal favourite: The Golden Egg Crunch!).
So, who would’ve thought that KFC will be branching out to doing streetwear?

Recently, they announced through a FB post that they have been collaborating with one of Malaysia’s most popular streetwear brand, Pestle & Mortar on a clothing collection called the “KFC X PMC” collection. Just in time for our national month too! How appropriate is it that KFC is working together with Pestle & Mortar? Geddit? No?

Anyway, let’s get back on track! According to their site, this collection will feature designs that are inspired by classic Malaysia art-form in a distinctively KFC-signature style. NOICE!Ā There will be 11 items in this collection cause 11 herbs & spices y’alls.

What’s even more amazing is that the total sales for this campaign will be donated to Add Hope Malaysia which is a KFC CSR initiative to fight hunger!
It goes without saying, Malaysians who saw their collection is seriously crazy for it, and so are we!
