Second category vehicles such as container and cargo carrying electronic or electrical goods and industrial materials along with empty containers and cargo lorries are permitted to use all roads on return trips.

Any third category vehicles involving mobile cranes and cement mixer trucks will be prohibited from using all roads from 6pm to 6am with a travel distance of not more than 25km from the construction areas during this period.
