It is not common knowledge that if you go up to Genting Highlands and opt to book a cable car ride from Genting Premium Outlet to the top, you may get the rare opportunity to ride up the old cable car system instead of the newer Awana Skyway cable car service.
Taking to TikTok, this netizen shared that very experience.
In the video, this netizen shared her sort of ‘scary’ experience riding up to the top of Genting Highlands in a significantly smaller cable car, going through a much longer route.
“This is available only for this week. Those born in the 90s will have experienced this when they were smaller.”
“The ride is much longer and steeper. It is more suitable to those who are much braver than I am,” she added.
