Sleeping has always been a hobby for many, including us!

But who knew that sleeping has become a career path in our current era, with many content creators taking to various platforms to showcase themselves sleeping as a way to earn money.

According to China Post, a Taiwanese influencer took the internet by storm after she had accidentally fallen asleep while her camera was still on. She apparently earned NT$2,000 (RM290.86) that night.

Sleep 1

The woman, ET (王依渟), who was previously in a Malaysian girl group called AMOi-AMOi, only recently took to the live-stream industry via Twitch.

She soon made a name for herself for her honesty on her various cosmetic surgeries and gained a decent amount of followers. Many on social media branded her as ‘real’ for her frankness.

Sleep 2

But what astounded her was when she discovered around 11,000 people watching her after she had fallen asleep one night, topping her previous efforts.

She considered the number ‘reasonable’, leaving many feeling envious of her income by doing something as simple as sleeping.

Honestly, sleeping definitely doesn’t seem like a bad way of earning money, if the demand for it is there. After all, you should always love your work.
