A man from Surabaya was arrested in North Bali after being found in possession of marijuana, but how he takes his drug amused netizens!

According to Coconuts, apparently, the 48 year-old man, whose name is Antonius Stevany Soedarjan, or Stevi for short, used marijuana to help treat his chronically high uric acid levels.

One of the more interesting things about his case was how he chose to consume the drug.

Stevi would reportedly consume ganja by mixing it in his instant noodles. An interesting herb to add to your mee, that’s for sure!

According to Tribun Bali, Stevi justified his actions to the police, saying,

“I am sick, suffering from high uric acid. I found information on the internet that cannabis is able to relieve body aches. It was proven true when I consumed it. My body felt better, not in pain.”

However, his efforts to treat himself were soon foiled when someone tipped the authorities that he was going to host a “drug gathering” in Kalibukbuk village earlier this week.

Stevi, along with another friend of his, were arrested for possessing about 7 grams of ganja and are now facing criminal charges.

Well, it just goes to show you have to pay a high price for doing drugs!
