A local entrepreneur and cosmetic brand founder caught the attention of Malaysians recently after she shared her rather unconventional solution to going to the cinema as an introvert.

Taking to her TikTok account, the Malaysian businesswoman, Eriyca Baiduri Abd Rashid, more affectionately known as Madammu, shared a video where she was seen enjoying a movie in peace by buying all the other seats in the cinema hall.

In the caption, she wrote, “I’m an introvert! So I bought all the seats lah.”

In the 23-second video, the cameras slowly panned from left to right inside a cinema hall at an undisclosed location, showing it to be empty.

The camera then shows Madammu sitting at the top centre centre while munching on some popcorn. You can watch the video here.

In the video’s comments, many Malaysians left hilarious comments and trolled the Malaysian entrepreneur on the video.

One commenter asked whether Madammu actually knows what the word ‘introvert’ actually means, while another said that she should’ve just bought gold class or platinum tickets.

Meanwhile, another commenter sarcastically said that she’s an introvert like Madammu and always rents out the whole mall to watch a movie.

Besides that, one Malaysian found Madammu’s ‘solution’ to be solving something that isn’t even a problem, as one doesn’t actually socialise when they’re watching a movie.
