“I felt the building shake”

Berita Harian reported that a resident named M Diviya shared her experience of running out of her office at Medan Istana as soon as she felt the tremor.

The 30-year-old recounted that she was working in her room when she suddenly felt the building shake. She described how the glass doors looked like they were about to shatter.

She also shared that she heard a loud thud coming from the upper floors of the building, prompting her and her colleagues to rush out of the office out of concern for their safety.
