The brother of Perikatan Nasional’s Azmin Ali, Azwan Ali, recently went viral after a video of him cross-dressing at an event circulated on social media.

In the video, Azwan, who donned a vibrant red and white dress, was seen entertaining the guests, and it didn’t take him long to break the silence to respond to the haters who commented on his outfit.

“I’m still rich, so mind your own business!”

Azwan, commonly known as Diva AA to the public, said that it was a private event and never meant to be broadcasted on TV. He made it clear that he never bothered about the criticisms because, at the end of the day, he still got paid.

“You have no right to criticize me because that was a private event. Viral or not, it’s not my problem, and I still get paid a lot! Your criticisms don’t deter my will to be an entertainer! The guests enjoyed my performance!”

Azwan, who used to be a TV host, also said that it was part of his income after being absent from making an appearance on TV for a long time, reported Utusan.

“I make money now from doing product reviews, private events and attending paid podcasts. Everything is paid, I don’t do free stuff.”

Despite the cross-dressing event, Azwan said that it was his first time donning a woman’s outfit, and he still knows his limits. At the same time, he will always know his boundaries when entertaining guests.

“To those who are criticizing me for this at my age, just keep in mind that I get a lot of money! So, go mind your own business!”

What do you think of Azwan’s take on this?
