Located just a stone’s throw away from the historic site of Stadium Merdeka which witnessed the birth of Malaysia as an independent country in 1957, the precinct beautifully blends traditional and modern elements through its architecture and masterplan design, serving as an ode to our rich culture.

The precinct is projected to become a bustling economic hub – offering diverse job opportunities and generating more footfall to this part of Kuala Lumpur. For instance, the Merdeka 118 Tower is set to house an Observation Deck and Park Hyatt Kuala Lumpur. Maybank would be the anchor tenant. Part of the mixed-use development comprises a seven-storey 118 Mall, three residential towers, and a 4-acre linear park.
