Going off into the world can be a daunting experience for most children, but what more are the emotions of parents who have to willingly release them not knowing what may happen to their kids.

A recent TikTok video has been catching the attention of many on the platform after user @mncuso__ caught a brief moment of an e-delivery Grab rider at a traffic light junction. On the way to perform his role as most riders do, the TikTok user realised something interesting written on the back of his delivery bag: his mother’s phone number.

Aside from that, the poster also saw that he included his motorcycle licence plate on the bag as well, likely taking precaution for himself, in case something were to happen to him. In a brief conversation with WORLD OF BUZZ, the user revealed that the clip was taken in Merlimau, Melaka.

“You are extraordinary, brother. If anything happens, inform your mother first,” wrote a caption across the video.

Garnering an immense emotional reaction from those who came across the video, many people wished the unknown Grab rider well, so that he may remain safe and protected throughout his journey in his job.

Another user also alluded to having done something similar for themselves.

“I put my mom’s contact number on my lock screen in case anything happens to me. But whether she picks up or not is another question cause it’s always on silent mode,” jokingly wrote the user.

On the other side of things, many people also spoke on how dedicated of a mother the man must have, that he would write her handphone number on his bag in case anything were to happen to him.

He carries his mothers prayers with him wherever he goes,” touchingly wrote one user, while another stated that mothers will always be their son’s biggest love.
