Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza Kuala Lumpur has unveiled KL STREETS, its first extensive local-flavours menu. Titled KL Streets, No Rules, the launch celebrates Kuala Lumpur’s bold food culture through a menu created by the KL team and approved by Gordon Ramsay.

Launched on 26 January 2026 at Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza Kuala Lumpur in Sunway Pyramid shopping mall, the KL STREETS menu is inspired by local flavours and street-food influences, reimagined through the Street Pizza lens.
The launch was attended by Chef Ronnie Kimbugwe, Executive Chef – International of Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in support of the milestone moment, alongside Chef Shadieq, Chef Manager of Gordon Ramsay Street Pizza KL and his team, who spearheaded the menu’s development. The KL STREETS menu brings together familiar Street Pizza formats with distinctly regional influences.
Menu highlights!
Highlights include the Prawn and Crab Mala Pizza, combining mala heat with sweet seafood, the Salmon Kimchi Pizza, topped with mozzarella, double cream, smoked salmon, kimchi, sesame seed, spring onion and chilli oil, and the Chicken Satay Pizza, which reinterprets a local favourite on a pizza base.
Other standout dishes include the Mala-Style Braised Beef Ribs served with flatbread, a variety of local-flavoured Wings such as Salted Egg, Sambal and Tandoori, and the playful Street Pizza Curry Puff that comes with a spicy Cucumber Raita.
The menu also features locally inspired starters such as Kimchi Arancini made with arborio rice, kimchi, Gran Moravia parmesan, gochugaru and garlic aioli, alongside Hainan Arancini with Char Siew Chicken, served with sweet ginger chilli and sesame dressing.

Chef Shadieq added that the menu reflects both confidence and collaboration: “This menu is very personal to us. We wanted it to feel bold, familiar and unapologetic, flavours that people in KL instantly connect with, but presented in a way that still feels unmistakably Street Pizza.”
